By using our website, services, or applications, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1.3 Marketplace Seller Data
When you authorize our applications to connect to your marketplace seller account (such as Amazon Seller Central via the Selling Partner API, Walmart Marketplace via the Walmart Seller API and Walmart Advertising API, Shopify, eBay, Target Plus, Etsy, TikTok Shop, or other supported marketplaces), we may access and process information made available by that marketplace, including:
- Order information: order IDs, order status, item details, quantities, prices, taxes, and fulfillment data
- Buyer information (Personally Identifiable Information / PII): where authorized and necessary, buyer name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and phone number — used solely to fulfill orders, provide customer service, and meet legal obligations
- Inventory and catalog data: SKUs, ASINs, GTINs, UPCs, item IDs, product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and stock levels
- Performance and reporting data: sales, traffic, conversion, advertising performance, search term and keyword reports, and business reports
- Financial data: settlements, fees, refunds, and other financial events
- Account metadata: seller ID, marketplace ID, advertiser ID, and authorization tokens
We collect marketplace seller data only after the seller has explicitly authorized our application through the marketplace's standard authorization flow (e.g., Amazon's OAuth/Login with Amazon flow, Walmart's Seller Center authorization, Shopify's OAuth flow). Authorization can be revoked by the seller at any time.
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our services, software, and tools
- Authenticate users and authorize access to marketplace seller data on behalf of the authorizing seller
- Manage orders, inventory, listings, advertising, and financial reporting on behalf of sellers using our applications
- Generate analytics, dashboards, and reports for the authorizing seller
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
- Send service-related communications and, with consent, marketing communications
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and technical problems
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
We use marketplace seller data and buyer Personally Identifiable Information solely to fulfill orders, provide customer service, manage the seller's marketplace business, and meet legal and tax obligations of the authorizing seller. We do not use marketplace data, including buyer PII, for any purpose other than directly serving the seller who authorized the access.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or marketplace seller data. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With the authorizing seller: marketplace seller data accessed via authorized API connections is processed on behalf of, and made available to, the seller who authorized the access.
- With service providers (subprocessors): we use trusted third-party providers for cloud hosting, data storage, analytics, payment processing, customer support, and similar functions. These providers are contractually obligated to protect data and use it only to provide services to us.
- For legal reasons: we may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, property, safety, or that of our users or the public.
- With consent: we may share information with additional parties when you give us consent to do so.
- In a business transfer: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality obligations.
We do not share marketplace seller data, including buyer PII, with any third party for advertising, marketing, resale, or any purpose unrelated to providing services to the authorizing seller. We comply with each marketplace's data protection requirements, including (without limitation) Amazon's Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, Walmart's API Terms of Use and data handling requirements, and Shopify's Partner Program Agreement.
4. Data Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information and marketplace seller data, including:
- Encryption in transit: all data is transmitted over TLS 1.2 or higher.
- Encryption at rest: data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption (AES-256 or equivalent).
- Access controls: access to seller data is restricted to authorized personnel on a least-privilege, need-to-know basis, with role-based access control and multi-factor authentication.
- Network security: production systems are deployed in access-controlled cloud infrastructure with firewalls, intrusion detection, and continuous monitoring.
- Credential and token management: API credentials, OAuth tokens, and refresh tokens are stored encrypted and rotated according to provider requirements.
- Logging and monitoring: access to seller data is logged and monitored for unauthorized or unusual activity.
- Incident response: we maintain an incident response plan and will notify affected parties and the appropriate marketplaces of any data security incident as required by applicable law and platform agreements, generally within 24 hours of discovery for confirmed incidents involving regulated marketplace data (including Amazon and Walmart).
- Personnel: employees and contractors with access to seller data are subject to confidentiality obligations and security training.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to maintain and improve our security practices.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information and marketplace seller data only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Specifically for marketplace seller data:
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII) received from any marketplace API (including Amazon Selling Partner API, Walmart Seller API, Shopify, eBay, and others) is retained only as long as needed to fulfill the specific order or service for which it was obtained, and in any case no longer than 30 days after order delivery, except where retention is required for tax, legal, or regulatory purposes.
- Non-PII operational data (orders, inventory, sales reports, financial reports, advertising and keyword performance data, etc.) is retained for the duration of the seller's use of our services and for a reasonable period thereafter for reporting, reconciliation, and analytics purposes.
- Upon revocation of authorization or account closure, we will delete or anonymize the seller's data within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
Sellers may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us at the email address below.
